REGIONAL 2015 ALADDIN/VINTAGE MID-EAST LAMP SHOW

The Mid East regional meet formerly held in Richmond, In. will once again be held at the LaQuinta Inn, 7304 East 21st Street, Indianapolis, IN. The dates of the show are Oct. 19th thru Oct. 24, 2015. This is the week before Halloween. We will have the Saturday show and sale in the Grand Ball Room located in the Marriott Hotel next door. This is the same set up we had last year. Room charges at the LaQuinta are $79.00 plus tax and includes breakfast. Please call hotel direct (317-359-1021) to reserve rooms as this is a 2 story hotel NO ELEVATOR. We have a first floor room block until September 21st, mention the Aladdin Meet and request 1st floor.

Pets welcome at no extra charge.

We will have the lamp show on Saturday in the Grand Ballroom from 9AM to 3PM at the Marriott plenty of room no limit on tables. Easy access from the LaQuinta to the Marriott no steps.

Special Survey In an effort to make your visit to the 2015 Mid-East Meet and stay in Indianapolis we are trying to plan activities that would interest attendees and be entertaining as well as enhance the experience! Current planned activities are a day trip to the Andersen Glass Museum & Alexandria with lunch at Gaither's at a nominal charge of $20-25; optionally the team of Burns/Stehman & Duerk are planning an afternoon of GeoCaching for Beginners in the Indianapolis downtown area. To determine interest in these THURSDAY activities would you please indicate your interest in participating?
